** YOU CAN ONLY PARTICIPATE IN THE FESTIVAL AFTER COMPLETING THE 4 STEPS

  3. Electronically sign the Acceptance Term document (details below)

  4. Join the Festival Whatsapp group (details below)

INFORMATION

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT AT ASHRAM:

1) Flor do Coração

- Check-in: July 28th, until 12pm.

- Check-out: Aug 09th, at 5pm.

2) Other Schools:

- Check-in: July 31st, from 12pm to 5pm.

- Check-out: Aug 09th, at 5pm.

 

* ATTENTION: buy your return flight for after 8pm on August 9th.

WHY DID WE CHANGE THE REGISTRATION FORMAT?
To reduce fees and interest for those who wish to pay by credit card and/or in installments.

REGISTRATION

STEP 1 - REGISTRATION FORM

Fill out the form available on the button below.

Please note that when registering children and teenagers, you must answer additional questions that aim to welcome them in the best possible way.

STEP 2 - MAKE PAYMENT

This year, payment will be made via PIX (brazilian payment system) or  payment link, which accepts Debit or Credit Cards. Access the page with payment instructions using the button below.

STEP 3 - SIGN ACCEPTANCE TERM

In order to participate in the festival, you must sign the document accepting the terms and conditions.

After we acknowledge payment for your registration, you will receive the electronic document for digital signature in the email provided in the registration.

There will also be a term related to children and adolescents, which must be signed by parents or guardians.

 

*IMPORTANT: Entry to the festival will not be permitted without signing this form.

STEP 4 - JOIN THE WHATSAPP GROUP

Communications and information will be sent to festival registrants via WhatsApp.

IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to join the group, as it will be our official communication channel.

* Your registration will only be confirmed after the 4 steps are completed.

06 CHILDREN AND TEENAGER'S REGISTRATION

Children are part of our work, and here they will experience contact with nature and participate in creative activities with arts and games.
The activities are aimed at different age groups, including teenagers.

  • Monitors can stay with children over 4 years old.

  • Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

This year we will use the same registration form for adults, kids and teenagers.

When you mark that the registration refers to kids or teenagers, in the end of the form we will ask you to answer some questions that will help us learn more about the their needs, so we can welcome them in a pleasant way.​​​​​​

Take into account the information on schedules and payment methods presented above, in the adult registration section.

We will also send you a complete list of all the important items to pack in your luggage.

07 TRANSFER

* Transfer reservations until July 21st

If you need a transfer to Ashram Flor do Coração, when registering you will find 2 meeting point options:

  • 1. Goiânia International Airport (GYN)

  • 2. Goiânia Bus Station - Araguaia Shopping
    Southern Entry (Lojas Americanas)

Comments

- ATTENTION: Arrive 30 minutes in advance. We cannot wait for you in case of delay.

- Transfer will be organized according to demand and check-in and check-out times at the Ashram.

- Consider check-in and check-out dates and times when purchasing tickets.

TRANSFER GUIDELINES

Pay attention to ticket times, as Ashram Flor do Coração is far from the center. We suggest that you plan your arrival and departure from Goiânia 3 hours in advance of the check in and check out times at the Ashram.


If you need to arrive at a different time , which does not meet the coordinates above, talk to Kim before purchasing the transfer. We will do our best to accommodate you, but if this is not possible, you can take an individual taxi to Ashram Flor do Coração.

Please note that children under 4 years old do not pay for transfers.

VALUES AND CONDITIONS

  • Adults: R$110.00 in shared mode, with payment in cash (via PIX).

  • Children: R$ 0 (up to 4 years old), R$ 55.00 (between 4 and 14 years old)

  • This amount is refundable only up to July 21st.

  • For special cases, for example when the participant has a lot of luggage, arrives outside the standard check-in time or leaves outside the standard time (when authorized by the event organization), it is necessary to consult the transfer team.
